We work exclusively on the buyer's side as consultants. We coordinate the entire process and help you find the right real estate agency to handle the transaction.

Find Your Home

Remote scouting and consultancy. We search, you choose — from wherever you are in the world.

Discovery call to define budget, area, property type, lifestyle
Property scouting: we search for properties matching your criteria
5 detailed property sheets with pros/cons analysis
2 virtual tours via video call with our team on site
Document due diligence (land registry, planning)
Connection with the real estate agency managing the chosen property
Coordination of notary, surveyor, accountant
Basic bureaucracy: tax code, bank account opening

In-person visit accompaniment (client arranges travel independently)

Turnkey

From purchase to renovation — we handle everything, so you arrive to a home that's ready.

Home styling: furniture and space layout consultancy
Renovation coordination: quotes, contractor selection, works supervision
Project management with surveyor/architect from our network
Complete house setup: utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, appliances
Land registry transfer and post-purchase paperwork
Personalised welcome kit on arrival

What This Means in Practice

You sign the purchase deed. We coordinate the renovation, the setup, the paperwork. You receive the keys to a fully finished home. One fixed fee, one point of contact, zero coordination headaches.
