We work on the buyer's side as consultants. Licensed agencies present properties and handle the transaction. We handle everything around it, and make sure you understand each step.

Know Your Market

Remote consultancy. You'll finish knowing exactly what your budget buys, where, and what to watch out for — from wherever you are in the world.

Discovery call to define budget, area, property type, lifestyle
Market briefing: which areas and property types fit your criteria, realistic price ranges, which public channels and licensed agencies are active where, and how to read what you find there
Structured review of the options presented to you by licensed agencies: condition, location, running costs, red flags, questions to ask
2 video calls to go through properties together and prepare your questions for the agency
Due-diligence coordination: we collect and organise the available documents, identify what's missing, and coordinate the checks carried out by the surveyor, lawyer and notary you appoint. Findings explained in your language, in writing
Support in dealing with the agencies: who's active where, how to approach them, and once you've chosen, translation, documents and calendar so the process keeps moving
Coordination of notary, surveyor, accountant
Basic bureaucracy: tax code, bank account opening

From purchase to renovation — we handle everything, so you arrive to a home that's ready.

Home styling: furniture and space layout consultancy
Renovation coordination: quotes compared, contractors selected with you, weekly progress reports. Technical supervision stays with your surveyor or architect.
Project management with surveyor/architect from our network
Complete house setup: utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, appliances
Post-purchase paperwork followed through with notary and surveyor until everything is in your name
Personalised welcome kit on arrival

What This Means in Practice

You sign the purchase deed. We coordinate the renovation, the setup, the paperwork. You receive the keys to a fully finished home. One fixed fee, one point of contact, zero coordination headaches.
